Ingredients:
- 120g beef (cut into strips)
- 120 grams of broccoli (cut into pieces)
- 30g onion
- A few pieces of red peppers (to give a little color)
- 130ML grams of water (3/5 cup)
- 50 grams of Kécha sauce
- 15 grams of oil or butter
- 2 grams of cornstarch
- 1-2 grams pepper according to your taste
Manual :
- In a frying pan heat the oil or butter over high heat
- Add the beef and cook at 80%
- Stir in the kecha sauce - mix together
- Stir in the onions
- Stir in vegetables - stir together
- Mix the water and the cornstarch
- Pour over the stir-fry and wait until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add a little pepper to taste
