Ingredients : water, sugar, salt, modified corn starch, oyster extract, wheat flour, sodium glutamate, caramel color, white vinegar.
Instructions :
Place the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers (cut into rounds), onions, (cut into very thin rounds) on a flat plate. In a pan, heat 15g of oil over high heat, stir in 130g of beef, (cut into small strips), let cook for 80% when cooked. Stir in 50g of Lok Lak sauce. Stir in 130ML of water, 2g of cornstarch, stir to dilute the cornstarch and wait for the sauce to thicken slightly. Add pepper according to your taste. And pour it on your plate. Taste!
